TeacherJoy Flame is a year-long educator wellness partnership designed to shift your school’s culture from the inside out. More than a series of sessions, Flame is a complete arc — from an energizing Welcome Kickoff that sets the tone for the year to a Celebration Close that honors your team’s growth and commitment.

Across the program, educators journey through all five pillars of the Journey to Joy™ framework: Choose Joy, Embrace Effort, Release Control, Cultivate Positivity, and Stay Present. Each session builds on the last, deepening connection, strengthening community, and equipping your team with practical wellness tools they carry into their classrooms and their lives.
